As a Sales Team Leader, Joshua has all the skills and knowledge he needs to guide his executives, setting them targets, analysing performance and helping to develop them.

Background...

Before moving into sales, Joshua worked in a number of hospitality and customer service roles, all of which provided him with great experience of working within a team and helping people with their needs.

At Homeward Legal, he took on his first sales role - as a Sales Executive - when he joined us, gaining vital skills and experience that he's carried over into his current role as Sales Team Leader.

Skills...

Having studied Mathematics at the University of Liverpool, and graduated with a 2:1 level degree, Joshua has skills and a knowledge of numbers that makes him perfectly suited for setting targets and analysing sales figures and results.

As a (self-confessed!) introvert, Joshua now takes pride in his ability to not only lead his team, but also help to develop and progress them through training, guidance and coaching.

Joshua's role...

Joshua's role as Sales Team Leader sees him responsible for setting his team their sales targets, supporting the team as they work toward their targets, and analysing the performance of the team and business overall.

Additionally, he provides individual coaching to his team's executives, helping to develop their skills and knowledge further. On a day-to-day basis, Joshua runs reports, updates the business with daily performance figures, and takes care of general admin too.

Outside the office...

Away from work, Joshua is a big crypto currency enthusiast and spends a lot of his spare time keeping up to date with the latest trading trends. He's also a keen gym-goer, and is training in Muay Thai.
