Providing great customer service is the No.1 priority for Homeward Legal. And that ethos of ensuring satisfaction also runs through our company DNA where our staff enjoy outstanding rewards as employees of our parent organisation NAHL Group plc.

The superb work done by NAHL's SourceIt! site for staff was recognised recently at the Engagement Excellence Awards where SourceIt! collected two top gongs.

Won two top awards

The event, organised by Reward Gateway, brings together HR and communications executives from some of the UK's biggest businesses and brands, including JCB, Taylor Wimpey, Sky and Vodafone.

NAHL's SourceIt! was shortlisted in all three categories it entered and the Group HR team were on hand to bring home the awards for Best Recognition Category and Best Relaunch.

The awards reflected the success of the relaunch of SourceIt! and new opportunities for all members of staff to recognise each other's work and efforts through ecards, Hero Cards and Star card systems.

Comedian Joel Dommett hosted the awards and when handing over the award for Best Recognition Strategy, he said: “The winner of this award had a very clear rationale for the need for change and the ultimate objectives, a robust plan of execution with some nice innovative pieces which has resulted in impressive ‘before and after' metrics.”

Proud of strategy

The second award for Best Relaunch reflected the work undertaken by the team for the reboot of SourceIt!, which took place in February.
The citation for the Best Relaunch award stated: “To achieve their goals, this company used a varied approach to the elaunch campaign including champions to cascade key messages to great effect.”

Marcus Lamont, NAHL Group plc's Group HR director, said: “We're so proud of our strategy and the pass that's gone into it from all our staff across the businesses.

“Their dedication to our work is inspirational, and winning these awards is great and well-deserved recognition of our commitment to building a brilliant place to work.”
