With Homeward Legal's conveyancing service, a client is expected to pay no more than £249 for a standard search bundle. Searches are paid to a third party.

Fixtures and fittings refer to what exactly?

A.

Usually, fixtures are fixed elements, such as kitchen units to walls, floors or ceilings, whereas fixtures are free-standing items, like curtain rails. Completion or agreement of a fixtures and fittings form is unfortunately often left to the last minute, when a dispute may jeopordise the transaction.
