At Homeward Legal, we believe the price you are quoted for conveyancing fees is the price you should pay.
Many firms charge additional conveyancing fees over and above what they quote.
Often these "additional fees" are actually routine parts of the standard conveyancing process so no fee should be charged.
Detailing conveyancing fees
The following table is an example of the additional fees some firms charge. Homeward Legal will include all of these conveyancing fees when we give you a quote:
