No-Completion Protection protects your fixed fee quote in the event that your property transaction falls-through. To secure this benefit, a transferable administration fee of £100+VAT is taken at the point of instruction and then deducted from your final bill. It is not an extra fee. Should your transaction fail to complete, for whatever reason, you will pay no further fees on that transaction. Your initial payment will rollover to your next instruction with us, and will be used against the balance of your legal fees on your completion statement.
There is no time limit to returning and re-instructing Homeward Legal, and no limit to the number of times that the initial payment can be rolled-over.
Should you cancel your transaction within 14 days, for any reason, your initial payment will be refunded in full. After 14 days, if you subsequently decide not to proceed with a Homeward Legal solicitor, your initial payment will be used to cover the administration costs incurred to date. No further payment will be necessary.
