Solicitors acting as Service Providers are regulated by the SRA. Quotes are based on the information you supply, so if information is incorrect or changes you should let us know immediately. Homeward Legal will require a non-refundable payment in order for the solicitors to begin work on your file. The Service Provider’s 'No Move No Fee' guarantee means that if the Client's property transaction does not complete, the Client will only pay the Service Provider for disbursement costs incurred on the Client's behalf. The Client's payment will not be refunded; however, the payment can be used on any future Service or Product with the same Service Provider.

 

Any amount quoted for disbursements is accurate at the date of the quote. However, if there is a change in disbursement charges or VAT, you will be informed by the solicitor and will be charged the revised amount.

 

Some lenders will insist upon a full Local Authority Search for remortgages instead of Indemnity Insurance. In such cases you will be informed of the additional costs.

 

All solicitors are regulated professionals from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. The advice and services of the service provider(s) will remain independent and subject to your instructions.

 

Where a quote requires you to make an up-front payment, you accept that the work will start as soon as possible after payment. While you have the right to cancel an order within 14 (fourteen) days in some circumstances, you accept that this 'cooling-off period' ends, and you will not be able to cancel an order, once the work starts.

 

Our panel solicitors and property lawyers are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

 

We will treat any personal information you have provided to us in accordance with our privacy policy. Service providers will have their own privacy policies, which will govern any personal information you provide to them or that you authorise us to provide to them on your behalf.
